Important: Elkins Lake Subdivision: All customers connecting service in the Elkins Lake subivision MUST have a mailing address of ### Elkins Lake. No physical addresses are to be used in the mailing address.

Electrical permit or inspection for one or more of the following:

• New construction - Temporary

• New construction - Permanent

• Structure moved to location

• Rewiring / upgrade

• Weather damage

Exemption:

• Wynne Mobile Home (on State property)

• Pin Oak RV Park: 7019 Hwy 75 (does not require permits)
