Express Pay
Paying your Entergy bill is only a click or phone call away. In partnership with BillMatrix, residential and small business customers can pay their bills online or by phone -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -- using a credit card, debit card, or checking account. Pay your bill in full or specify the amount you wish to pay, the choice is up to you. BillMatrix charges a convenience fee of $2.95 per transaction for payments up to $600.
  • To pay by phone call 1-800-584-1241, or click here for more information.

Quick Payment Centers (QPC)
You can also stop by a location convenient to you. Please call 1-800-368-3749 (1-800-ENTERGY) for a list of authorized QPC locations in your area, or click here for a list of Pay Stations.

Pay by Mail
Just mail in your monthly payment in the envelope provided with your bill. It’s fast, easy and one stamp is all it takes for your payment to reach us. And you can rely on us to process payments quickly. Our mailing address is:

Entergy Texas, Inc.
PO Box 8104
Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70891-8104

Automatic Bank Draft
You can avoid writing checks and using postage by having your monthly energy bill automatically deducted from your checking account when it’s due. It’s easy to enroll, and it’s free. Plus, you’ll still receive your monthly bill at the same time, and your payment is not deducted until your usual due date. This allows plenty of time to ensure that enough funds are in the account. Click here to enroll.

Courtesy Calls
Entergy attempts to contact every customer by phone the day before they are scheduled to have their power cut off. While, in many cases, the reminder results in quick payment of the bill in full, qualifying customers also are offered payment extension or delayed payment options.
